First Aid Response (FAR)
The First Aid Response Course is designed to produce highly confident First Aiders with the skills and knowledge to provide care until the arrival of emergency services. The course is focused on practical skills and scenario training; this is backed up with the theory sessions to provide a solid foundation of knowledge and understanding.
 

Cardiac First Response
The Cardiac First Response (Community) course is aimed at members of the public and health care professionals. The course meets all the requirements set out by the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council.  
Basic First Aid
The Basic First Aid course is ideally suited for those who want or need to be able to deliver Basic First Aid.  The emphasis of this course is on Dealing with life-threatening emergencies in the absence of a certified First Aider and keeping a casualty alive until the emergency services arrive.
 


 
Manual Handling
Manual Handling Training is designed to prevent injury in the workplace by providing employees with the knowledge and skills to perform all lifting and manual handling tasks efficiently and safely. By increasing awareness, we reduce the amount of injuries by insuring correct techniques are used when moving loads.
Patient Moving
This course is designed for healthcare workers who need to be trained to safely move and handle patients under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work 2005 and Manual Handling Regulations 1993 and 2007. The course is for people who want to learn the safe and effective techniques used in the safe moving and handling of people in a variety of settings.
Fire Safety
This course is tailored towards all staff members and non-emergency response staff and is designed to teach people what to do in the event of a fire and basic fire extinguisher use.

Fire Warden
Fire Warden Training Course has been designed to meet the requirements of both the 1981 Fire services act and regulation 9 of the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work act 2005.
Abrasive Wheels
This abrasive wheels training course is legally required for all those who are involved in the purchase & selection, storage & handling, mounting, dressing, and use of abrasive wheels. This includes either fixed (e.g. Bench grinders or polishers) or portable (e.g. angle grinders) abrasive wheels.
Display Screen Equipment
Display screen equipment (DSE) and Video Display Units (VDU) are now widely used in all workplaces, and are proven to be contributing factor to back injury, and eye strain. In addition to being a contributing fact to repetitive strain injury.
Safety for Lone Working
There are many risks associated with working in isolation and without the support of colleagues, including accidents and violence. This course acts as an introduction to personal safety for lone workers and applies to those that work alone within business premises, mobile workers and home-workers.

Safety Statements & Risk Assessments
A Safety Statement is a legal requirement for all employers. The company Safety Statement is a written document which describes how Health and   Safety within your company is managed. A Health and Safety Statement is   your duty of care to your employees to manage risks and hazards in the   workplace. In order to comply with current legislation, an up to date   written Safety Statement must be implemented by all employers, including the self-employed.
